Pour Caramel Vodka and Butterscotch Schnapps into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and add a dash of caramel. Garnish with a cheery resting on the caramel for that touch of extra colour.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with a piece of cherry ripe if desired.
Blend until smooth, serve in a champagne glass.
Bring cranberry juice to boil in a saucepan over high heat. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until reduced by two thirds. Remove from heat and let cool for thirty minutes.
Combine cranberry juice, Mandarin Liqueur and Lime Schnapps in a small jug. Place a sugar cube in each serving glass. Pour cranberry mixture over sugar, and top up with pink sparkling.
