Breakfast Martini

• 45ml COPPERWAVE GIN
• 15ml Hunter Distillery Mandarin Liqueur
• 30ml lemon juice
• 5ml sugar syrup
• 2 Bar spoons breakfast marmalade 

Place all ingredients into a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Fluffy Duck Intl,

• 15ml Valli Premium Vodka
• 15ml Copperwave Gin
• 15ml Cointreau
• 30ml Advocaat
• 30ml Cream

Mix well and top up with lemonade in a highball glass.

Long Island Iced Tea

• 1 part Copperwave Gin
• 1 part Valli Premium Vodka
• 1 part white rum
• 1 part tequila
• 1 part Hunter Distillery Mandarin Liqueur
• 2 parts lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
• cola
• lemon slices to garnish

Put ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add Gin, Premium Vodka, rum, tequila, Mandarin Liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir well and pour into a long glass. Add cola to fill, and garnish with a lemon slice.

Mangopolitan

30ml COPPERWAVE GIN
30ml HUNTER DISTILLERY MANGO LIQUEUR
60ml Grapefruit juice
1tsp Grenadine

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Negroni

• 30ml Copperwave Gin
• 30ml sweet red vermouth
• 30ml campari

Stir over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Singleton Sling

• 30ml Copperwave Gin
• 20ml Hunter Distillery Cherry Liqueur
• 20ml Hunter Distillery Mandarin Liqueur
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• Soda

Shake all ingredients, except soda. Pour over ice in a tall glass and top with soda.
