Cherry Ripe Martini

  • 30ml Hunter Distillery Chocolate Vodka
  • 30ml Hunter Distillery Cherry Liqueur
  • 15ml Hunter Distillery Coconut Rum Liqueur
  • 30ml cream
  • 4 dark cherries

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with a piece of cherry ripe if desired.

Singleton Sling

  • 30ml Copperwave Gin
  • 20ml Hunter Distillery Cherry Liqueur
  • 20ml Hunter Distillery Mandarin Liqueur
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Soda

Shake all ingredients, except soda. Pour over ice in a tall glass and top with soda.
